ATT Metrology Services was established in 1988 as a provider of fabrication and inspection services to aircraft manufacturers, and has rapidly grown to be a premier provider of laser scanning as well as laser tracker and computer aided theodolite systems and services throughout the world.

ATT Metrology continues to provide its customers with expert measurement services and state-of-the-market equipment rentals.
