
The 2008 CMSC Executive Committee presented the first reciepent of the "CMSC Lifetime Achievement Award", shown are Ulysses Green accepting and Robert Clem the 2008 Vice Chairman. This comes well deserved from the years of experience in the science of measurement metrology applied through out his career as a professional and in his retirement years as a consultant. Ulysses has served several elected positions on the Executive Committee since 1993, four of those years as Excutive Chairman. Ulysses was appointed as the CMSC Ambasador in 2007 and has continued to voulunteer through out each year to grow the education of the CMS membership and the development of each CMSC conference.
This award is reserved for individuals that have records of merit to our Society and the CMSC and will not be an annual event.
