2010 Editorial Calendar & Advertising Guide

Instructions for online ordering:

1. Mouse over ANNUAL CONFERENCE from the upper menu and select Register.
2. On the registration page enter your email address and from the Registration Type box, (click on the drop down arrow on the right hand side of the box) select Sponsor and click on the red text on the following line.
3. Populate the page with the items you wish to purchase for advertising.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click continue.  Note: The small square boxes are for single available items and the rectangular boxes require a number be typed in the field.  All items on this page that have purchased to their limit will not show nor be avalible.
4. Review the order summary and click continue at the bottom of the page.
5. Fill out your contact information on the left hand colum and billing info on the right hand colum if different that the contact and click on submit at the bottom of the page.
6. On the Conformation Page, please review, print and click the red done link at the bottom left hand corner of the page to complete the transaction.  You will receive an automated email conformation.
