You or your show coordinator may receive a call from a third party booking agency such as Convention Housing Services, or Exhibition Hotel Management. These companies will be offering a discounted room rate for our July 2018 CMSC event at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada.
CMS and Grand Sierra Resort have no partnership or affiliations with either third party booking agency. We do not sell our attendee list, nor do we condone such unauthorized solicitations. Any bookings at the Grand Sierra through a third party vendor such as the above mentioned will be at your own risk and we cannot guarantee these reservations will be honored. If you have booked through a third party agency we recommend that these reservations be canceled and that you are refunded immediately. All indications tell us that this is not a secure option for booking your 2018 CMSC hotel.
