Due to the current situation with COVID-19 we have made the careful decision to cancel CMSC 2020. It wasn’t an easy decision but one we felt best for the safety, health, and security of our members and our vendors.
Currently, the team is working with the venue (the Sheraton New Orleans) to reschedule the event in 2021. We have simply moved the event date out a year and a week, to July 26–30, 2021. So New Orleans here we come… in 2021. Make sure you SAVE THE DATE!
Any members currently registered for this year's 2020 conference have the option for a full refund. Please email Jan Rode. CMS will begin processing refunds just as soon as possible.

Message to our vendors:
Since we have the unique opportunity of simply duplicating our event at a later date, this provides some nice options to our vendors.
Option 1 – Leave your deposits, booth selections, sponsorships and registrations in place with CMS for 2021. If you choose this option CMS will provide a 5% bump in moneys already received. Example, if CMS has received a $5,000 payment, CMS will credit $250 to your account should you choose not to seek a refund and roll your money to the 2021 Conference.
Option 2 – Secure a full refund and make decisions later. If you would like to exercise this option, please email Jan Rode at ( cmsc.conference@gmail.com ) CMS will begin processing refunds just as soon as possible. Please use email rather than calling so we can have a paper trail helping minimize errors and duplications.
