Welcome to CMS education where our aim is to provide our current and new members, information, knowledge and links to the Metrology resources in support of their continued professional development and career aspirations.

Deliver impact through the provision of Metrology resources and provide exposure to coordinate metrology opportunities through education and academia to engage communities in new skills, upskill, reskill and address the skills gap.

Provide world leading information, standards and access to skills programs in Coordinate Metrology recognized on the global stage.

- Provide Impact to industry and reinvest any financial gain in the society to specific business goals and targets.

Terms of reference
Definition
- The subcommittee is led by the nominated chair to oversee the running of the Coordinate Metrology Society education scheme.
- The members of this group include the, committee Chair, industrial partners, academia, members as defined by committee bylaws
- The individuals will roll off as per the committee bylaws
- Their role is to act in the best interests of the Society and its members in implementing a Education resources to benefit the industry
Deliverables
- Lead the Education operation on behalf of the CMS
- Review and monitor the status of the CMS Education activities
- Define the strategy for the Education activities.
- Define and execute the technical needs of the educational activities conference activities
- Provide resources and links to industry led activities for Coordinate Metrology that would contribute to thin certification and professional recognition rto contribute to individuals gaining certification.
